Simply scandalous! I went to the Lattes dealership today because my Seat has a problem with the steering wheel, it tells me that the air bag as well as all the steering wheel controls stopped working overnight! I already wait at least 10 good minutes before someone deigns to say a simple hello to me and then they finally show me the reception of the workshop where I explain my situation to a lady who tells me that for troubleshooting my car, they charge a flat rate of more than a hundred euros so that a technician can look at where it's coming from! So without even bothering to look if just a cable or a fuse is disconnected you will be charged more than €100… but of course! So I told this young woman that I would go to another dealership to have this operation checked on which my safety depends given that my air bag is no longer active. Concession to flee! 😉

4th purchase in this dealership and never any problems! Jules, my advisor, knows how to listen and take my needs into account, so I always leave with the car that suits me. Deadlines and conditions respected, support and delivery at the top, I am once again delighted with my new Seat experience!

Correct concession overall. In terms of vehicle maintenance, they do the job despite certain problems reported from service to service which are never resolved (we could, for example, have pushed Seat for a complete exchange of the multimedia system, I experienced this with a brand competitor...). No loaner vehicle during the service (payable). Good concession though overall.

Good morning, I purchased a vehicle on 12/15 and the sales process was great. The vehicle is guaranteed for 12 months and at the first problem (ceiling lighting which does not work but which I did not think to check when purchasing) or I ask my salesman he basically tells me to manage. I would have preferred another approach for such an important purchase for me. Having at the same time a DWA guarantee certificate that's what I'm going to do but I'm still a little frustrated

Comment from 3 months ago: regarding the repair service: Very disappointed, they blocked my car for 1 day for a repair but they got the WRONG PART!! AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOOK TO CALL ME. -->results: my car remained in their parking lot all day... I thank the salesman present in the evening at 5:30 p.m. for helping me find the keys to my car (since these gentlemen left, go home at 5:00 p.m.!! So I had to go elsewhere to another SEAT dealership for the repair. --> I paid half of the quote announced by SEAT Tressol!!! I wouldn't use the word "scam" here to describe what happened, but admit that it's strange! >you lose a customer, too bad :(
